Welcome Carlos Caceres to Parliament Hill:
32-year-old Ecuadorian who’s been playing chess for 5 years. I chose to be a pawn because that’s the name of the chess club I go to (Pints&Pawns). The thing I like the most about chess is the ability to bring people together. I’ve met my best friends in Ottawa through chess. Looking forward to attend to this event and meet other chess enthusiasts.
