Sponsorship Agreement
Event Name: Live Chess on Parliament
Event Date and Time: May 12, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and future dates
Producer: MP Consolidated Inc.
1. Introduction
This Sponsorship Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between MP Consolidated Inc. (“Producer”) and [Sponsor’s Name] (“Sponsor”) in connection with the production of the event “Live Chess on Parliament” scheduled to take place on May 12, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM (the “Event”) and all future events.
2. Sponsorship
2.1 Producer agrees to provide Sponsor with the sponsorship exposure on this website and social media in connection with the event Live Chess.
2.2 Payment: In consideration of the sponsorship exposure, Sponsor agrees to provide the sponsorship fee as specified in a private and confidential invoice delivered to the sponsor’s approved contact.
3. Representation and Warranties
Sponsor represents and warrants that it has the authority to enter into this Agreement and fulfill its obligations hereunder.
4. Disclaimer
Producer makes no warranty or representation regarding the results of the sponsorship campaign or any potential gains to Sponsor as a result of the sponsorship. Any results from the sponsorship campaign are coincidental and not guaranteed.
5. Funds Distribution
All funds raised in connection with the Event shall be distributed at the discretion of the Producer.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
7. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.
By remitting funds and participating in the financial transactions the sponsor agrees to be bound by these above terms.
Advertising Agreement
Event Name: Live Chess on Parliament
Event Date and Time: May 12, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and future web exposure.
Producer: MP Consolidated Inc.
1. Introduction
This Advertising Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between MP Consolidated Inc. (“Producer”) and [Advertiser’s Name] (“Advertiser”) in connection with the production of the event “Live Chess on Parliament” scheduled to take place on May 12, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM (the “Event”) and future events.
2. Advertising
2.1 Producer agrees to provide Advertiser with advertising exposure in connection with the event.
2.2 Payment: In consideration of the advertising opportunity, Advertiser agrees to provide the advertising fee as specified by MP Consolidated Inc.
